Returns Policy

FAULTY ITEMS: Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item. If the item is found to be faulty a replacement part will be sent, and we will cover the return postage where necessary. We do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase. Please keep your invoice/receipt  as we may be unable to print a new one for you.

CERTAIN ITEMS may be returned by request. A restocking fee may apply of at least 50% for change of mind purchases. This includes an incorrect selection by the customer. 

CHANGE OF MIND returns must be returned to us within 30 days. The original packaging must be complete, intact and unopened. We do not accept returns for items that have been unpackaged or used in any way except where the item suffers a manufacturing fault. 

You must contact us to arrange a return and we will instruct you of the RETURN ADDRESS.

RETURN FREIGHT is organised and paid for by the customer.

REFUNDS are paid back to you using the same method you used to pay for your original order.
